The service attitude was excellent and the car condition was good.

The staff was very friendly and gave detailed instructions when picking up the car, but the return process was too casual.

The store is right at Christchurch Airport, very conveniently located. However, I booked a Toyota Prado but was given a Highlander instead, claimed to be a similar model. It's a pity I couldn't go off-roading. On the plus side, it saved on fuel and money. Returning the car was very easy, just parked it and handed over the keys, no inspection was done.
