The only time I got exactly the car I booked.

It's right inside the airport, very convenient. I booked and paid online, and the counter processed the paperwork quickly. Set the address beforehand, otherwise it might be hard to find when returning the car. The car wasn't new, but it performed well; all functions were working fine. Any damage was clearly marked, so check the slip carefully. The deposit didn't come with a receipt. They said it would be refunded to the credit card after returning the car, but it hasn't been refunded yet. The deposit was 200 New Zealand dollars.

The service attitude was great, but the only regret is that we didn't get the expected model (Forester).

The station is right at the arrival hall, very convenient.
