The rental company's service was good with no extra charges.

Entered the country at 6 am, had breakfast and went to pick up the car a little after 6. No need to queue, there was no one at the Hertz counter (the rental confirmation stated that Hertz counter service time is 6:00-23:59). A guy from a neighboring counter who was wearing another company's vest came to assist. Since there was no need to queue, I had no complaints.

There are many branches, the car was in excellent condition, almost new. Picking up and returning the car were very convenient.

excellent customer service, nobody is at their best on a sunday evening if you have to work, but everything was quick and pleasant and I was soon heading to the rental car.
