Convenient pick-up and drop-off, clear billing

Very convenient. After picking up the luggage, you complete the formalities on the B1 floor and walk to the parking lot to pick up the car, which took less than half an hour. Although we arrived late and the reserved CTS was unavailable, there was a BMW 328i in excellent condition with only 9000 miles!

its a great experience with Alamo they were very friendly over the airport counter and were very clear on there directives , the drop off was very simple though I ran 10 mins late due to heavy rains which suddenly came up

the car was fantastic shame the sat nav is an extra cost but very fuel efficient

really lovely staff and such an easy process

Like: Comfortable for all 6 of us.
Dislike: The sat nav we purchased when we ordered from the UK was a) not necessary as the car had one so we spent money we did not need to and b) the sat nav we paid for was not up to date.
