The rental and return process was very convenient. The car was in excellent condition with less than 16,000 miles. Picking up and returning the car at the airport was very easy.
The attendant at the San Francisco airport car rental counter had a poor attitude. After declining to upgrade the car model and purchase fuel and insurance, he barely looked at us properly. Since we arrived at night, there were few vehicle options, and the available cars were relatively old models.
We were assisted by an enthusiastic and humorous African-American lady. She only briefly mentioned additional insurance, and when we declined, she did not push further or show any dissatisfaction. Overall, the evaluation of Alamo is very high.
