Good car, great service

Very satisfied with the car rental experience.

The lady at the counter seemed unfamiliar with the process and made several mistakes, which made the car pickup process very slow. Later, a younger staff member came, and things moved much faster. They didn't have a Kicks or similar SUV model, gave me an SUV instead, which was disappointing.

The staff forced me to take out Civil Liability Insurance, even though it was included

Didn't get the car I wanted. The rental company said it was the same class, but I rented a Toyota SUV overseas and received a Kia instead. It was uncomfortable to drive and sit in. The tire blew out after just 100 kilometers, and there was no signal on the road. I had to pay local people several dozen dollars to change the spare tire. Later, I had to repair the tire in the city, with no receipts provided, making it impossible to claim insurance. The fuel level at pickup was much lower than stated. My husband didn't notice it until we started driving. We were told by the staff at the gate to take a photo as a record. When returning the car, the staff didn't recognize the photo, and we had to pay an extra $14.

Todo fue muy rápido y con excelente atención, solo que me ofrecieron un seguro de cobertura total en el mostrador (no lo contrate) debido a que en mi reserva con qeeq agregué cobertura total.
