Great rental experience.

The store was easy to find, the procedures were convenient, and the service attitude was good.

There were fewer people in line, and no insurance upselling. Really great.

I chose a car rental location farther from the city center to get used to left-hand driving. The rental office was in a small corner of a hotel, with a small front desk and not many cars, so there was no queue. The young Black man who attended us was great. He was very patient in explaining things, even guided me on the driving route and set up the navigation for me. He was incredibly helpful. My English is not great, but he used gestures to explain, which was very cute. Also, he didn't try to upsell insurance, which was very genuine. Returning the car at the airport was also very convenient. You just drop off the key and you're done, only a short walk to the departure hall. Hertz is indeed a trustworthy big company.

Hertz had offer to upgrade my Car for addition A$10 a day. However, as I had bought the full coverage insurance thru Easyrentcars. They wasn't able to advice to the insurance impact and thus we were unable to upgrade our car on the spot.
