Car was fine - customer service- very poor

The shop is small, but the service is acceptable.

I felt a bit railroaded into extras which were not clearly listed online at time of booking. I rented many cars from Southampton in the past & have not had to purchase any other extras when picking up car. It proved not to be as economical as others. also the inspection for damage before & after rental I did not feel was of same quality.

The car was an Audi A4 which is not what I rented and is not equivalent to a Mercedes e class

Very good value, nice people, no harassment to get their insurance just offered as an alternative, collected from airport. All very easy.

Like: Good cars, free.
Dislike: My car was not washed and clean up inside (rubbish inside- crips everwhere, grapes, empty bottle and dirty outside). They said they were busy and had no time to clean the car...but they gave me an upgraded car.
