Car in good conditions and fast booking process.

The registration process was easy, but had to wait nearly 2 hours to get the car after completing the paperwork.

There were too few Fox shuttle buses, and it seemed like there was only one. Especially at night, we waited for about an hour and a half after arriving in Los Angeles before a shuttle finally came to pick us up. The experience was very poor, and the service awareness was incredibly lacking. If we hadn’t called customer service using a domestic VoIP service, we really wouldn’t have known how long we had to wait. We waited from 10:30 PM until 12:30 AM.

Booking platform is very good. One con to mention. When I wanted to extend the rent and wrote an email to qeeq, it took them too long to respond. That’s why I put 9 and not 10.

Not recommended, the car is too old.
