Nous avons attendu 3 heures au Guichet pour obtenir le véhicule. Le personnel méchant et sans scrupule. Je n’ai jamais vécu un service si déplorable. Le véhicule attribué était endommagé dans la carrosserie.

The scheduled pickup was at 1:00 PM, but I didn’t get the car until 3:35 PM. The store said the car wasn't available and I had to wait, which ended up being more than 2 hours, significantly delaying my plans.

1. I had reserved a RAV4, but they called me last minute saying they couldn't find the car and temporarily arranged another vehicle, which was a Volkswagen Atlas. 2. They said I would be charged for the fuel I needed, claiming it would be cheaper than outside, but in the end, they didn't actually refuel and charged me over 70 CAD despite the tank being half full.
