The car rental company is pretty good and efficient. Both QEEQ and Alamo provided excellent service. However, the car we received for this trip had issues. The Renault Clio's radio suddenly turned its volume to the maximum while driving on the highway, which was incredibly loud and dangerous, and we couldn't adjust it. After several minutes, the issue disappeared when we slowed down, but we didn't dare to use the car's system for the rest of the journey.

Picked up two brand new Benz Vito cars from the airport with friends, no issues at all. The paperwork and car pickup process were quick, and there's a shuttle from the counter to the parking lot every 10 minutes. The pickup and return procedures were explained in detail, and no language issues as everything was communicated in English. Upon returning the car, there were some scratches on the rims and we were informed there would be compensation. They said the damage department would assess and deduct the cost from the credit card used for the reservation, and send the detailed bill to the provided email. It took about 7 business days to receive the charge information, which was split into two transactions. However, even after returning to my home country, I hadn't received the detailed email from the rental company and had to request it myself. This was a bit unsatisfactory.

The Jeep I booked was not available so they offered a BMW 1 series instead. The car was a good drive

Platform was great and easy to use, especially as a diamond member.
