Airport Transfer Can Be Improved

The rental company is not at the airport and requires a shuttle bus. My son accidentally left his phone on the shuttle, but the rental company's staff found it and kept it safe. Very grateful!

Pick up and drop off were smooth. Had to wait a little while at the airport do be picked up, but not too long. The little MG was adequate for my purposes, but I would not rush out and buy one. Could definitely tell MG has been taken over by chinese...

Smooth platform and did not spam me with eleventy million e mails and txts like some booking platforms do.

All were within expectations. Pickup was a fairly quick process and hassle free

Price drop protector is a blissed and I saved nearby 100 bucks on the booking. Will look forward for my next booking with qeeq

The car was excellent- almost brand new. The staff were very helpful. Slight problem at drop off as the GPS/Google Maps could not locate the turn off to the rental office as it was under an overpass. Problem solved by Easy Rent staff who were very helpful on the phone

Excellent service. Easy to book. We had a problem finding the rental office for the drop off and the customer service staff member on the phone was excellent. She took the time to help guide us to the office.

No option to upgrade, which wasn't an issue Remote for car had flat battery so had to manually unlock the vehicle whenever needed Pickup shuttle smelled musty almost like urine As we were walking in there was a heated argument between a customer about damage they swore was already on the vehicle, massive push for insurance that turned a good deal into a much more expensive endeavor(more expensive than the car) as we were told people do get charged 4500 even when not at fault and dont get it back for 6+ months due to insurance issues then the car had an ant infestation and my partner was bitten multiple times
