So busy and about to give us someone else rental and then one came in. Did not clean it. Gross!

Wait 75 min. at airport no transportation , cost me $20 dollard with a other compagnie , the clerk at routes couldn't find my reservation take him 30 min. to notice it was already pre paid , the car had 2 glass of hard liquor and a old pair of socks in the back , good thing about it we had a 2019 new Durango, the drop off was good , but I just wish now I would have my deposit back?

Car rental was offsite. I landed 10:40pm on Tuesday and routes said they sent a shuttle on the way. 11:30 i called again they said they are on the way. 12 o’clock they stopped answering and left me stranded at the airport. Had to take an uber to hotel the first day. And uber next day to get to routes to pick up vehicle. Terrible customer service. Dropped the car off and took almost an hour for the shuttle to take me to the airport

Staff did a good job of handling a large crowd of people!

Had to wait well over an hour on pick up, staff was not overally friendly, could have provided our upgrade free of charge due to unreasonable wait time, and shuttle driver not pleasant. Refused to drop us off at hotel as shuttle only goes to hotel, we drive RIGHT passed our hotel to go to airport which meant having to wait for hotel shuttle with 2 small kids to get back to hotel.

Easy to book with the nest rate.

Open earlier or give refund if car return early for not being open and not charging insurance if have own insurance, it's all about money this company, Horrible
