Great value and easy process

The service attitude at the store was very good, but there was a wait when there were many customers.

Much better than the supposedly world-leading Hertz, no need to wait in long lines.

Average. Handling violations is very troublesome. Charging an extra day fee for late car return is quite unreasonable.

Car pickup was convenient, service was good, and they didn't charge extra when we returned the car over an hour late.

Pickup was relatively easy, though finding the pickup point at Brisbane airport was not quite so straight forward, and they tried to sell us more insurance even though I'd already taken additional cover. Drop off was a nightmare, finding the actual location was not easy, thankfully when we called the office they guided us in.
