I’d not used Cizgi before - and so was a little bit apprehensive. However, I got the exact 7 seater that I had booked and the car was fine. Staff were polite and helpful - and it was exceptionally easy to collect the vehicle. No hard sell for buying extra insurance. I’m always nervous about giving a car back - and the car hire company trying to blame a scratch or dent on me - but this was very easy. Drop off took no more than a few minutes and they hardly checked the car at all.

The car provided did not match the reservation. Although I understand substitutions are made for the same type of vehicle, switching from an SUV to a compact hatchback is unacceptable. The prices are different, and I specifically paid extra for an SUV for the spaciousness.
