The paperwork took over an hour. Terrible service. I booked an SUV but they gave us a station wagon. If I had known, I would have booked a station wagon from the start since it's cheaper. They charged £120 for a second driver and said it could be refunded if canceled, but it turned out to be a scam.

This is a shameless car rental company. The store employees are negligent and do nothing, tampering with the original rental agreement. The company supports them and even asks customers to provide video and audio evidence, arbitrarily charging customers. Complaints are ineffective and lawsuits are inconvenient, resulting in significant losses. The British are absolutely unreliable, be very cautious when renting a car!
