I was quoted 900 dollars and ended up paying 1450, with lots of hidden stuff impossible to understand from the invoice. I have already filed a complaint

Booking process was easy, but I ended up paying way more than I was quoted. I have no idea whose fault is that but you should make sure what you quote is actually what people pay

“Could have been better”

Not a pleasant experience. I was sold insurance on the spot and it was very expensive in California. I had not appreciated just how bad/serious it was to book a car with no insurance. As an international traveler it was even more stressful to find an additional $400 on the spot!!

Easy to use, however implications of not having insurance should be highlighted more to avoid shock and disappointment at the counter….

“Won't go through Fox rent a car again”

We had to wait in line for over an hour. The man who helped us wasted lots of our time, made us feel bad for not buying their gas, wouldn't believe me when I told him we had insurance already. Made me call my insurance guy but then wouldn't talk to him to confirm my insurance. Pushed and pushed us to buy their insurance, even though I already had my own.
