Easy hire of car

Very good.

At LAX arrivals, we took our bag and proceeded to the curb to take the Free shuttle as mentioned in the booking instructions. A quick ride to the Car Rental location where we were helped by the counter staff in a friendly manner, took the car and went on our way. The drop off was great only 1 minute and directly to the shuttle transfer to departure. Smooth experience.

Easy to use and good price options / clear instructions. Very user friendly

The service was excellent, no insurance upselling, the paperwork was processed quickly, and adding an additional driver was free of charge. There were about ten brand new SUVs in the large parking lot to choose from. The staff said the keys were in the cars, so you could just drive away with whichever one you liked.

Booking was handled by Fox rent a car. Good shuttle service from/to airport. They changed booking for fuel arrangement from: "full to full" To prepaid without asking but corrected it upon my request.
