The service was absolutely five stars. They contacted me several days in advance to inform me of all the necessary and important details about picking up the car. They were extremely patient in answering all my questions (even those unrelated to car rental). On the day of pickup, I arrived at the rental office a bit earlier than scheduled, and they immediately started the procedures without making me wait. They carefully explained the terms that renters usually overlook. Very attentive.

Dislike: I returned the vehicle after dark, and passed the drop-off point several times in the dark. I eventually had to call and he came out and signaled me, so then everything was fine.
