Confusing but not bad at all. Great customer service makes up for the chaos.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. However, the car given to us, while having low mileage and being relatively new, had some issues during driving. The RPMs would spike unexpectedly even at speeds of 50 or 60 km/h, reaching 3 or 4, which made me hesitant to accelerate. Additionally, there was an extra charge for diesel cars, costing 5 euros per day, which wasn't very economical.

Pickup and return were mostly smooth. However, after completing the paperwork at the counter, there was no one in the garage to inspect the car, and it took over half an hour to find someone. The car was in good condition with 2100M without any issues.

We upgraded to a Corsa automatic at a very reasonable price.

Car exactly as expected, worked fine. Customer service agent at pick up was friendly and helpful.

No issues with booking. Didn't get any price drop notifications this time.

Did not have available the car I booked. Why not? It was fully paid in advance with a fixed arrival time. One hour into my journey the car developed an engine running fault. It took 5 hours to source a replacement car through an alternative hire company with an additional EUR580 cost.
