Couldn’t receive the SMS on my international phone when I called customer service, so I couldn’t book the shuttle and just had to wait for it to show up on its own. Luckily, it came pretty frequently.

The rental company is not at the airport and requires a shuttle bus. My son accidentally left his phone on the shuttle, but the rental company's staff found it and kept it safe. Very grateful!

Outside condition of car was poor. Lots of dents, scratches and a front corner panel hanging off When we dropped car off back gate was locked as they has broken the key in the lock so could not open the padlock. We were not previously told of this and it was only that a staff member was in the yard moving a car that I got her attention and she told me that we had to return the car to the front of store.

We would have had much difficulty dropout of the car if we hadn’t overheard another customer stating the address was unable to be found on iPhone maps.
