Very satisfied with the car rental service. The chosen model was unavailable, so they upgraded us to a new Chrysler Pacifica.

Like: Cheap price and nice cars.
Dislike: The African American lady at the Alamo desk was little tense. She probably needed some time off.

Like: Used computer kiosk once we landed to pull up reservation in rental car section of airport, process was detailed but fairly quick. Printed out small paper, we took that to desk for our rental company, handed them sheet, they got us to our car immediately. Return process was just as simple and quick.
Dislike: Our car was not cleaned between drivers.

Like: New and clean vehicle, low mileage.
Dislike: Staff knew they didn't have the class of car I'd reserved, but instead of advising me of that, they hard sold me into an upsell. I only found out that Alamo didn't have my originally booked class car when I got to the parking lot. I actually felt cheated and deceived because I had to go over my budget to get the rental car I
