The reception attitude on the day we picked up the car was very indifferent. When we returned the car, there was no one at the store, and no message was sent to us. We were very anxious because we had to catch a flight back home. They didn't answer the phone, and later replied on WeChat saying that there's no use in rushing as they are coming to pick us up. It felt very unpleasant. The car was quite old and didn't have in-car charging. The cigarette lighter socket was not functional. It wasn't as thoughtful as the other company we used previously.
English was not their first language - struggled with basic conversation which was frustrating. Lack of urgency to get us to check in on way home was frustrating even tho we kept them informed of our late eta.
