Never had so much trouble with getting a decent car.

Although the queue time was long, the service was excellent. When I lost the key, the staff stayed with me the whole time, providing assistance and transportation. They had someone tow the car back, but I later found the key, so they didn't charge a towing fee. The next day, they refunded my deposit in full. Budget's service in San Francisco is much better than in Los Angeles.

We had our travel plans change and had to drop the car at a different location and time. It was a very stressful time as a family member is termanal and we needed to change everything. They were understanding and made things easier for us. Kudos to Austin out of the Flagstaff office for being helpful and understading.
