Overall service was fairly standard and satisfactory, but the pickup process took too long, with a two-hour wait.

I was charged for tolls via a prepaid pass. The sunpass or t epass sold at regular super markets is much cheaper and wasn’t informed of that.

After booking i was automatically signed up for “shipmentsfree.com” for i was charged without my consent

I have to mention Sandra. One of the most professional car rental desk staff I've encountered and I encounter a lot. She was very upbeat and friendly but with great professionalism. I got a car that was better than what I expected and the vehicle handled great. The return experience was less than purfect but that is largely did to the way Orlando airport parking is structured. Receiving staff were prompt and professional. Thank you Sandra and Budget team. 5 stars.

It was close to perfect. Only comment was the return process seemed understaffed. went to the booth and their service was excellent.
