Thrifty was great, QEEQ was terrible

Thrifty is usually great but this time there was a shortage of staff at the pickup counter which created a long wait

The waiting time was a bit long. They don't support UnionPay cards and there is no Chinese service, but it's convenient in the airport. Entering driver information for first-time users took quite a long time, and they added many unnecessary items without my permission, which were removed after I pointed them out. Overall, the Hispanic staff were polite, but you still need to be careful yourself.

Car was not entirely clean but did accommodate us well with type preference Now we know we wouldn’t bother with camero again

Went well

We didn’t actually have the Nissan Pathfinder in the end we had a Honda Pilot!! Absolutely lovely car easy to drive very comfortable. Hadn’t been very well looked after. Quite a few marks inside car on centre consol and drivers side wheel arch cover had dropped and would rub on tyre as we turned but other than that a lovely car. So much so we are potentially looking at buying one when we got home

Nice easy website to use. All booked and paid for and done within 10 mins.
