Great car, pick up took a while.

The car wasn't the size we ordered but that was OK the car was flithy it hadn't been cleaned since the previous hirers there was a lot of scratches and a serious bump on the wheel which I don't think had been inspected

They really need to organize their offic, they were going back and forth into the back office. The agent took a phone call while checking me in, they need one person answering calls. When I checked out, the woman seemed to helping multiple customers at one time. After we return the car, most of us are going to the airport for our flight home. They really need to organize and delegate duties.

We rented a Jeep Wrangler to drive up to whistler and had a great experience with Routes. They had us checked in and in the car in no time and the return process was a breeze. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Dislike: gas was not full tank to full tank.

Like: Staff was efficient and very courteous. Clean, low cost office and grounds for incredibly low cost of car rental.
Dislike: The limited free mileage of 200 kilometers made me have to keep that in mind the whole trip, so it limited my trip.
