Car rattled a little, but survived teh trip

Car was great. Hadnt been cleaned properly it had dirt on back seat and seeds in door well.

The first car they tried to give me was unacceptable. The stereo and GPS nav was all in Japanese, and the service agent couldn't help me change it. Also there was a strange device near the driver's seat the agent couldn't identify. And the car smelled like old cigarette smoke. My first thought was that it was an employee's car they were trying to give me. Fortunately they gave me another car, and this one worked out fine.

Very easy and clear to use. Great rates.

They will charge you for normal wear and tear and scratches already present on the vehicle. They have a dodgy business model. Don't rent a car from this place.

Hard to find pick up location. Staff were rude. Charged $500 at pick up that is not outlined in T&Cs that gets returned after 20 days, they refused to take credit card, this is not a normal process when hiring cars. They made me check the car for damage in the rain. Tried charging me for a window crack no bigger than 1mm that was not caused by myself. Take a week to respond to emails. Would not recommend.
