One staff member picking up and processing. I waited an hour to get a car I rented for 4 hours!

Fine platform. Not all info correct on site eg hire if booster seat only cost $30 not the $65 quoted on site.

Excellent Customer service, picked up a Toyota Alphard, bit dirty and smelly. Complained and they upgraded for free.

Audio system with gps in japanese language makes it impossible to use it

Hard to find pick up location. Staff were rude. Charged $500 at pick up that is not outlined in T&Cs that gets returned after 20 days, they refused to take credit card, this is not a normal process when hiring cars. They made me check the car for damage in the rain. Tried charging me for a window crack no bigger than 1mm that was not caused by myself. Take a week to respond to emails. Would not recommend.
