I reserved the vehicle for pickup at12pm and dropoff at 12pm. My flight arrived at 7pm. The representative didn't want to change the rental time. He was nickel and dimeing on the car insurance. I already had insurance on my own vehicle, so I wanted to transfer the coverage to the rental, but he didn't want to, this way he could make more money on the agreed upon price. The vehicle wasn't the agreed upon vehicle. I wanted to end the weekly rental early, but I was told there's no refund. Guess I won't be using RIGHT CARS anymore. Definitely not customer friendly.......

The car was right, the attention was very good in front desk

Tried hard to charge me for lots of stuff I didn't need. Tried to charge me extra for a bigger car because they didn't have the smaller one I reserved. Tried to convince me I needed to pay an exorbitant fee for a toll transponder I didn't need. Etc.

It's a scam. The price seemed good, and they said they require proof of insurance. I brought the proof when I went to get the car, but at the counter they said I needed a half a million worth of coverage (I'm not even kidding) and that I would need to buy their insurance, which was much more than the car rate itself. Of course I turned it down, and will never go again.

Right cars Need to care about their costumers, I paid for a better car and gave me the cheap car model they had, I would never recommend this company to anyone.
