Significant delays on pick-up and drop off, and charges not clear

Make sure to check with a flashlight when returning the car, and take clear videos and photos when picking up the car.

I specifically chose this company for the Mini Cooper model, but it turned out to just be a gimmick. They didn't inform me during the rental process that the car would be swapped for a different model. I only found out at pickup that it was replaced with a Peugeot 208. These two cars have a price gap of nearly 100,000 RMB, yet they insisted it's the same type of car. When I inquired with the staff at the pickup location, they said the company only owns one or two Mini Coopers, which had already been given to other customers. Furthermore, the car pickup location required taking a shuttle from where the rental process was handled. Even if I wanted to change or upgrade the car, it would waste precious travel time. If you're looking for a Mini Cooper or Countryman, avoid this company.

Over a month after returning the car, an additional 50 CHF was charged to my credit card. The vehicle was only used within Switzerland and did not cross any borders, so this fee shouldn't apply. It feels like an extra charge, and I hope other users take note.
