The pickup and drop-off procedures are simple, with careful assistance during vehicle inspection and thorough recording of any damage.

The car was pretty good, I waited only 10 minutes for they pick me up but both phone number given in my booking was wrong. They need to check it out.

Great company, excellent support service

Hard to find pick up location. Staff were rude. Charged $500 at pick up that is not outlined in T&Cs that gets returned after 20 days, they refused to take credit card, this is not a normal process when hiring cars. They made me check the car for damage in the rain. Tried charging me for a window crack no bigger than 1mm that was not caused by myself. Take a week to respond to emails. Would not recommend.

Awesome little car, only downside was the GPS /radio was in Japanese, need to convert it to English
