From start to finish, the staff and online customer service were very professional. Every detail was handled perfectly, exceeding our expectations! Special thanks to Mr. Yuan who assisted us during the car return; he patiently answered our questions and was very accommodating. Car definitely exceeded expectation. Very nice! Great price! Employees very nice and friendly. Only thing is the so called shuttle service. It’s a city bus that only stops/picks up at certain terminals and hard to find. I ended up taking a cab for $20 so not too bad. They paid for an Uber back to airport when I dropped off car. So they are really nice just wasn’t aware of how shuttle service worked. I will definitely rent from them again.
