Great rental experience.

Everything else was great, with large vehicles for pick-up and drop-off, and the service was excellent! However, when we returned the car, we discovered that our child's safety seat had not been secured for the entire duration. When we picked up the car, they said they would install the safety seat for us, so we assumed it was done. But during the return, we realized it was just placed on the seat without being secured. We didn't double-check, but luckily the trip was safe.

Very dissatisfied, why were there additional charges after the rental ended?

The rental company promptly contacted us before departure to discuss the itinerary, quickly answered various questions, and provided relevant guidance. There were shuttle services from the airport. The process of picking up and returning the car was very convenient and straightforward.

They proactively contacted me in advance to confirm the pick-up location, very responsible.

I would rent from this company again. The car was in great shape and the staff was friendly.
