efficient ,good value for money

Everything was quick and convenient. I took pictures of a few blemishes prior to driving the car but this was unnecessary. A very good experience!

The quality of the car met my expectation. It was a hybrid car which was fuel efficient.

The booking process was easy and clear. I cancelled a booking and re-booked the car and the whole process via the App was smooth.

Slow pick up process. Not clear that digital registration required upon arrival. Queue jumping for ‘priority’ customers whilst the rest wait.

The car was returned with a very small chip to the paint of the drivers door, probably caused by another car door when parked. Europcar's damage invoice seems excessive for a defect so small it would not be repaired. I am uncomfortable with Eurocars ethics on damage so small it could almost be classified as wear and tear.
