efficient ,good value for money

Everything was quick and convenient. I took pictures of a few blemishes prior to driving the car but this was unnecessary. A very good experience!

Price was good and the process worked as expected. A very good experience!

Slow pick up process. Not clear that digital registration required upon arrival. Queue jumping for ‘priority’ customers whilst the rest wait.

There was a long queue at pick up and I had to wait over an hour to collect my car.

All Europcar staff are very helpful. the “flat tire” light went on on my dashboard. I called the customer service and they immediately directed me to a nearby garage and fix it. I have problem in finding the location to return my car. Called customer service again and they provided excellent guidance and solve my problem. Really like Europcar service. I like my VW Sharan. Very spacious which fit my requirement well. However, I think the car needs some maintenances as the engine has to be manually restarted a couple of times.

At first, we were very delighted to have a wonderful service and the counter staff Neda was very helpful in stating out the terms and conditions and she stated that we would be able to change the credit card for payment and have a different credit card to be charged when returning the car. As we were returning the car, we were surprising when the rude Indian clerk told us that it was impossible. Then proceeded to shoo us off and told us that we could only call the hotline (which was already close by the way) to remedy the situation. We felt cheated by Neda for giving us hope that we could change our credit card payment and use a different card and we felt shamed by the rude attitude that the Indian Clerk was given us. We won't be renting from europcar ever again.
