excellent value for money?

Fast process, car exterior acceptable, but the interior is extremely dirty. The pickup and drop-off location is extremely far from the airport!

Waited at the airport for 30 minutes, and there was deceptive behavior. The fuel tank was only half full. I drove 35 miles and ended up refueling for 30 CAD. They acknowledged the tank was not full initially but refused to cover the costs!

Staff wasn't the friendliest upon pick up and the car mileage on the contract did not match the actual mileage. I would've been charged extra for going over the included miles if I didn't point that out. Car was dirty inside and out but I didn't really mìnd it. Car return went well.

The car was pathetic and very old!! The ROUTES rental agency was over-booked and over-crowded and completely mis-managed. No person knows what he/she has to do and every person does every thing. People keep waiting and shouting but nothing happens. Very less staff to manage so many cars. If you are BC resident you have to deposit $1000 and God knows when they return it back and the credit card is on hold due to this, seriously ridiculous, unprofessional and unethical!!!

0 customer service. I needed help to start the car at remote area they did not help me. I’m very disappointed with the service.
