Like: Instead of Lancia we received KIA. Dislike: During reservation pick-up was indicated "Rimini Airport", but nothing there. Needed to call and employee arrived after 10+ min.
Ecovia staff is always helpful and friendly, this time the rental office was kind of difficult to find and I had to wait about 10-15 mins together with another client as the desk was unmanned. In any case, I’ll be happy to rent with them again.
Rental office is adjacent to car pick-up (unlike other rental offices at Fiumicino).
Friendly staff, good English, quick transparent process.

Metano is hard to find in Italy - try to avoid
Sings point to "Autovia" - which is also "Ecovia"
You really need to make it clearer where the location is. I went to the main rental area which was wrong.
I also found it very difficult to find the location upon returning.
Finally, the car took CNG, and it was difficult to find a service station providing this.
All of the above points could be easily provided on one piece of paper when collecting the car.
Otherwise a good car, and clean. Nice customer service too.
The counter staff in Bologna went above and beyond to help us and were very helpful and understanding! The staff in Rome were very efficient.
