Highly satisfied. With the full insurance from QEEQ, there was no upselling at the store. Rented a diesel car, which had strong power and performed excellently on mountain roads. Drove 2,500 kilometers around Morocco in 12 days, spending ¥920 on fuel—very economical. The vehicle had already clocked 50,000 kilometers, but the condition was good, equipped with cruise control, dual-zone air conditioning, and CarPlay support. There were some exterior scratches, which were documented with photos during pickup. The return process did not involve detailed inspections, just a quick check of the trunk tools and spare tire. Using the Waze app for navigation helps with alerts for speed limits and police checks. Possibly due to the high vehicle category, a preauthorization of MAD 21,600 (¥17,000) was charged. The store confirmed releasing the preauthorization on the day of return (and emailed a confirmation), but it took the ICBC all-currency card 20 days to restore the credit limit.
