Pick-up was really easy: just a 200m walk from the airport. Drop-off was just as convenient: the Aircar branch is in Waze, so you can navigate straight there. As long as you don’t have any traffic violations, the credit card deposit is refunded the same day. The car was in great condition overall, and the whole experience was very good!

Initially, we booked at the airport branch, but since we arrived in the city earlier, we coordinated with the owner and switched to the city branch, which was very convenient. When we had a flat tire on the way, we were able to contact and communicate with them promptly. There were no upselling or hidden charges. Awesome service! We'll definitely choose them again next time.

It was my first time renting a car overseas, and the experience was amazing! At the Casablanca airport, a foreign staff member was already waiting outside holding a sign, providing excellent service throughout. The car handover was very quick, and returning the car was equally smooth and hassle-free. The deposit was refunded the day after I returned to my home country. Overall, for a first-time car rental, everything went perfectly!

Overall pretty happy with the car I got. They didn’t swap me into a different model or push any extra insurance, staff were friendly, and the car was fairly new. Only downside was one tire showed low pressure when I picked it up, and I ended up having to inflate it three times during the trip.
