TUCSON AIRPORT CAR RENTAL REVIEWS

No one was at the Dollar Counter at Tucson Airport. Hertz counter helped customers for 3 different rental companies, and line was very long. Vehicle was new and in excellent condition, but prices doubled this year.

Prices high and went higher over time. Discounts not as advertised and misleading.

The car was great and the whole experience was great including the return of the car really efficient, however the car pick up took 40 minutes as the counter was understaffed or inefficient

Our flight arrived early in the morning, and the rental car agent was very patient. There were no sales pitches, and after completing the paperwork, he guided us to the vehicle and informed us about the return process.

I didn't keep track of her name, unfortunately, but the lady who took care of us at the Tucson airport was efficient and very understanding of our needs. She was great!

Really great rental experience this time. I landed in Tucson pretty late, but thanks to the clear instructions on my booking it was super easy to find the rental location. The staff were very friendly and professional, didn’t try to upsell me anything, and processed everything quickly. Picking up the car was smooth and straightforward. Returning the car was just as easy: even though there were several cars ahead of me, the staff checked mine very quickly. The whole return process took less than 10 minutes—they just walked around the car once and that was it, no delays at all. Overall, incredibly convenient.

Pretty good, but they try to upsell unnecessary items.

Slight issue with the car meant we had to return to the pickup location and swap, got a free upgrade so all was good
