    It was disappointing that I was charged a one way fee when I rented the Swiss registered vehicle in Vienna, Austria and dropped it off at Zurich, Switzerland. You certainly did absolutely nothing for that fee and if there is a cost then maybe I should be paid for driving it to Switzerland for you - not the reverse.

    Europcar is pretty good. Picked up the car in Vienna, the process was simple. An automatic diesel Golf. The car was very new, only 15,000 kilometers, and very easy to drive.     They provided a brand-new Mercedes-Benz C-Class wagon, which was a diesel version. It had strong power and remained incredibly stable even at 160 km/h on the highway. After signing the contract at the counter, I got the key and picked up the car myself from the nearby underground parking lot, which was very convenient. The vehicle already had all highway toll passes, so no need to pay tolls myself. Returning the car was just as simple, in the same parking lot, with a full tank.
