The overall service was acceptable, but the car was quite old, having already traveled over 100,000 kilometers. It had many dents and scratches, and its condition was quite average. The tire pressure was even insufficient during the trip. Using such a car on mountain roads felt dangerous and unsafe.

The rental company doesn't open until 10:00 AM on Sundays. We wanted to return the car early, but the parking lot flatly refused to let us in. We had no choice but to drive around the streets of Tbilisi, which are full of police and cameras. We were worried about getting caught for traffic violations and also concerned about the fuel we had just filled potentially being wasted. Hopefully, the rental company can improve their coordination with the parking lot in the future.

The car was quite old; it's my first time renting a vehicle with mileage exceeding 120,000 miles (close to 200,000 kilometers). The condition of the car was poor, with multiple spots of touch-up paint from scratches and a dirty air conditioning system. In nearly 20 years of renting cars abroad, this is my first time needing additional insurance coverage, and the claims were not limited to one area. While a small scratch on the front bumper was an understandable charge, two other scratches on the rear bumper were contested and not accepted (we had pictures from pickup). The left front mudguard was claimed to be missing due to us, which was absurd (we made a careless mistake by not taking photos of it during pickup). Honestly, if the screws on your car's mudguard aren’t tightened properly and combined with the disastrous roads in your country, it’s no surprise car parts fall off during driving. Overall, the visa-free policy of this country makes sense. The natural scenery is good, but the infrastructure is terrible. The roads are filled with potholes and washboard surfaces, making self-driving highly unsuitable.

Purchased domestic insurance through the app, slightly more expensive than local rental prices but offers peace of mind. The car is from 2023, relatively new but has multiple small scratches. Performance is good. Both pickup and drop-off were quick and efficient. The pickup and drop-off were at the Tbilisi Old Town location, which is along the street and very easy to find. Later, I received an email regarding a parking fee deducted from the pre-authorization, showing photographic evidence. In addition to the parking fee, there was a service charge and taxes, but the total amount was reasonable. Overall, it was a good experience.

Initially, the booking mentioned that traveling to Azerbaijan was allowed, but after making the payment, it was prohibited. At that point, canceling the reservation and finding another car became impossible. We traveled to Armenia, but the insurance cost several hundred euros, and the car couldn’t cross the border to Armenia. During pickup, they didn’t inform us that a permit was required, so we had to return to Tbilisi to get the permit, wasting an entire day! Honestly, I strongly advise against renting cars for cross-border trips—it’s a costly lesson. This can be verified through the rental platform, and I also have recorded calls with them. However, it’s worth praising the platform for actively coordinating and resolving issues when problems arose. Additionally, they provided us with a brand-new car.

The pace in Georgia is quite slow. It took an hour to pick up the car, as I had to wait for the staff to arrive at the store, inspect the car, and mark every issue. Because of this, I was so nervous about returning the car that I also set aside an hour for it. Sure enough, the staff inspected the car thoroughly again. This was my first time experiencing this level of scrutiny during my global car rentals, which made me realize that buying full insurance is essential. As for the roads, apart from some sharp turns in Kazbegi that were slightly challenging due to sharing a single lane with trucks, the rest of the road conditions were fairly good. However, I strongly advise against driving in Tbilisi, the capital. There are no road signs, the old town streets are narrow with cars parked on both sides, and finding parking spaces is practically impossible—it's truly frustrating.

The car was picked up around noon, and there was a slight wait. The staff were diligent and responsible, and they helped upgrade the car model. Overall, the car was relatively clean, but in the following days, the speedometer kept flashing 'Brake,' which was a bit unsettling. The rental company actively communicated to address the issue. Returned the car at the scheduled time, and since it was Sunday evening, there was a brief wait for the staff to arrive. They conducted a thorough inspection of the vehicle. Also, I recommend using a local navigation tool, as Google Maps doesn't provide speed limit warnings, which led to a speeding fine.

The car was exchanged; although it was the same size, the Toyota RAV4 is a big step down in class compared to the Volvo XC, yet they called it an upgrade. The car was also dirty, but the staff assured me I didn’t need to wash it before returning, which was fine. After all, washing it would only cost around ten bucks, but it’s time-consuming. However, at drop-off, a different staff member insisted on charging me for it. When I argued, they immediately agreed not to charge me, but they didn’t apologize or explain, just blamed it on internal miscommunication. It felt like they were trying to exploit wherever they could.

To conclude, considering the unlimited mileage, it is worth recommending. However, the overall experience is quite poor. This is a startup company. Besides the airport, the city branch is expected to open in October according to staff. Given the Georgian people's somewhat careless attitude similar to that of certain other nations, it would be quite good if it opens by November. No branch, no problem, just make it clear. But there was no such information in the order confirmation. We spent 20 minutes looking for the car at the pickup location and couldn't find it. We had to call, and only then were told it was on another street. Considering it's a startup, it's still understandable. However, when we needed something at the airport office before flying back, no one was there for 20 minutes, on a working day! When we called, they said someone had skipped their shift and asked a friend to help me. What a mess... Overall, the Georgian people are great, but their work reliability is questionable. If you value unlimited mileage, you can use this company but opt for city pickup and ask them to deliver to your hotel. If you value comprehensive service and can spend more, I wouldn't recommend this company.

This store shares the same location with the Hertz branch. Both the pick-up and drop-off staff were very friendly. I mentioned in my order that I needed to drive from Georgia to Armenia, but it seems QEEQ didn't inform the rental company. Since it was already late at night when I picked up the car, the service representative contacted their manager, who promised to handle the border crossing documents and pass for me before I crossed the border. The manager even delivered the documents and pass to my hotel. When returning the car, there was a traffic ticket, and the staff guided us on how to pay it on the machine. The only downside was that I rented a Toyota Prado, but they gave me a Mitsubishi Pajero. The back seat space was noticeably smaller than the Prado, and one of our passengers, who is quite large, found it a bit cramped. It was much smaller compared to the Prado I rented last time.

1. There is no physical store; you need to provide your flight information in advance. The rental company staff will wait for you at the airport and take you to the parking lot to pick up the car. The entire process happens outdoors at the parking lot. 2. The car's exterior was fine, but on the second day, a major issue emerged: the car wouldn't start. Communication with the rental company was only through WhatsApp, and they guided you to fix the car via video. The vehicle's problem appeared to be historical, with a deformed screw causing an electrical failure. For the rest of the trip, it felt like repairing the car daily.

Do some research; it's at least a decade-old model. Back then it was considered a mid-to-large SUV, but now it's no bigger than a RAV4. How can they call it a mid-to-large SUV? The car I received had an empty fuel tank. Despite multiple rounds of feedback over three days, nothing was resolved. Do not rent overseas cars from this platform—they have no control over their service.

Due to an incorrect address provided on the rental website, it took nearly three hours to contact the car rental company. Apparently, they had moved eight months ago, causing us to wander around and delay our schedule. The pickup and return procedures were relatively quick, but they kept recommending full insurance during pickup, saying that driving in Georgia is aggressive and without their full insurance, the claims process would be troublesome. They also charged a 25 Lari car wash fee upon return. This rental experience made me decide never to choose a local rental company again. I'll always go with a major chain, even if it's more expensive, as it's definitely more reliable.
