Got a Kia Cerato with about 110k km on it over three years old, but it still drove really well. Loved that it had wireless CarPlay and was pretty fuel-efficient too. Staff at the pickup location were super nice—because I wasn’t familiar with the roads I returned the car about 30 minutes late, but they didn’t charge any extra. Really appreciate that!

The staff was not present when I arrived to pick up the car, and the provided phone number was unreachable. I called customer service and had to wait 30 minutes for them to return. They tried to sell me local insurance, even though I told them I had already purchased insurance. They insisted, saying my insurance was from my home country, which would result in slow claims processing and complications in case of incidents. I refused their upselling efforts.

Super happy with the whole experience. In Tbilisi they even offered free parking, delivered the car right to my door, and gave me an extra half day for free. I could drop it off at the airport and their replies on messages were always really quick.

An unexpected situation came up when I lost the car keys. Although Georgia isn't known for overtime work, RCT was really proactive in reaching out to various parties for assistance, coordinating key replacements, towing, and figuring out who could help.

The car was delivered to the doorstep, excellent service. All necessary procedures for crossing into Armenia were fully prepared. The license plate was stolen in Armenia, but a new one was sent quickly from Tbilisi. Be aware that foreign license plates are frequently targeted in Yerevan, Armenia, resulting in an additional cost of 290 GEL for a new plate. Full trust was shown during vehicle return without inspection. Highly appreciated. If you're heading to Kazbegi, Mestia, or Ushguli, make sure to rent a 4WD. Absolutely essential!

Although the car has driven 130,000 kilometers, its condition is excellent with a high chassis. Without such a high chassis and four-wheel drive, it would have been difficult to handle Georgia's unpredictable mountain roads, especially the landslides on the way west from Kutaisi to Ushguli. I wouldn't recommend a self-drive trip there without such a car. The process was fine, but the rental company doesn't have a storefront in the terminal, so you need to call to arrange pickup, which requires international roaming.

The car was picked up around noon, and there was a slight wait. The staff were diligent and responsible, and they helped upgrade the car model. Overall, the car was relatively clean, but in the following days, the speedometer kept flashing 'Brake,' which was a bit unsettling. The rental company actively communicated to address the issue. Returned the car at the scheduled time, and since it was Sunday evening, there was a brief wait for the staff to arrive. They conducted a thorough inspection of the vehicle. Also, I recommend using a local navigation tool, as Google Maps doesn't provide speed limit warnings, which led to a speeding fine.

The car pickup process was smooth, and I didn't need to notarize my driver's license as long as I had a translated copy. With the pickup voucher, domestic driver's license, and passport, I was able to get the car without any issues. Note that the car didn't come with a phone holder, so you'll need to bring one for navigation.

Pickup and return were extremely efficient, and most importantly, there were no additional fees or hidden charges. The vehicle was a 2018 Prado with an odometer reading of over 85,000 kilometers when received. The car was in good condition, although the body had many scratches, which can be dealt with by taking photos and videos for documentation. From Tbilisi to Kazbegi, Batumi, and back to Tbilisi and Sighnaghi, traveling across the country from east to west, there wasn’t a single issue.

The car had quite a few scratches and the interior was relatively old, but I guess most cars in Georgia are like this because we saw many heavily damaged cars still being driven on the road. It feels like cars here don’t need annual inspections? Anyway, scratches and such didn’t affect driving, so it wasn’t a big problem. When picking up the car, we requested to add an extra driver, and for some reason, they didn’t charge us for it—maybe it’s free to add an additional driver. There was no aggressive upselling of insurance throughout, and during the car return inspection, they didn’t nitpick (but to be safe, make sure to take photos and videos when picking up the car). Afterward, we waited a month and didn’t encounter any unknown charges. Overall, we were quite satisfied with this rental experience.

The customer service was very friendly. Although the vehicle we booked on the app wasn't available at the time due to our last-minute reservation, which felt misleading, the car rental company handled the reception process very well. The vehicle provided mostly met our needs (aside from an issue with the fuel gauge, its performance was good). Considering Georgia's road conditions, an off-road vehicle like a Toyota wasn't necessary, and the trip was completed smoothly and safely.

The pace in Georgia is quite slow. It took an hour to pick up the car, as I had to wait for the staff to arrive at the store, inspect the car, and mark every issue. Because of this, I was so nervous about returning the car that I also set aside an hour for it. Sure enough, the staff inspected the car thoroughly again. This was my first time experiencing this level of scrutiny during my global car rentals, which made me realize that buying full insurance is essential. As for the roads, apart from some sharp turns in Kazbegi that were slightly challenging due to sharing a single lane with trucks, the rest of the road conditions were fairly good. However, I strongly advise against driving in Tbilisi, the capital. There are no road signs, the old town streets are narrow with cars parked on both sides, and finding parking spaces is practically impossible—it's truly frustrating.

This store shares the same location with the Hertz branch. Both the pick-up and drop-off staff were very friendly. I mentioned in my order that I needed to drive from Georgia to Armenia, but it seems QEEQ didn't inform the rental company. Since it was already late at night when I picked up the car, the service representative contacted their manager, who promised to handle the border crossing documents and pass for me before I crossed the border. The manager even delivered the documents and pass to my hotel. When returning the car, there was a traffic ticket, and the staff guided us on how to pay it on the machine. The only downside was that I rented a Toyota Prado, but they gave me a Mitsubishi Pajero. The back seat space was noticeably smaller than the Prado, and one of our passengers, who is quite large, found it a bit cramped. It was much smaller compared to the Prado I rented last time.
