Pick-up Instructions

The employee and the customer together checking the car exterior. Slightly damaged parts, scratches are fixing in the contract. The employee explains all the necessary functions of the car to the client. The employee provides information to the client on any additional questions. After signing the contract and paying the money, the key is handed over to the client and the car pick up process ends. The car pick up process takes 10-15 minutes.

Drop-off Instructions

Client can return the dirty car without extra charge. If it fits in the standard washing frame. The employee will inspect the car in a maximum period of 1 minute. Employee will hand over the key and this will complete the drop off of the car.

Armenia

USD 80 per rental
We allow customers to cross the border into Armenia. However, since our vehicles are insured only within Georgia, any type of damage occurring in Armenia must be fully covered by the customer. We are also unable to provide services in Armenia. In addition, because our vehicles are not insured in Armenia, the customer is responsible for all exterior damage costs. If a situation occurs where the vehicle may be towed to an impound lot, the customer must pay the required amount to the other party to prevent the vehicle from being towed (even if the customer believes they are not at fault). If the customer wishes to cross the border into Armenia, we must prepare an authorization letter in advance. The fee is USD 80, and the customer must pay in cash at pick-up. To arrange the Power of Attorney, we require photos of the driver’s driver’s license and passport, and you must contact us at least 1 week in advance to ensure the document is ready on time. To cancel the authorization letter, you must notify the rental company by email at least 5 business days in advance. Once the Power of Attorney has been issued, the renter is still required to pay USD 80.
