Like: I feel like I got the best price available and the car was great.
Dislike: I wanted to extend the rental and had a very, very hard time getting an agent to answer the phone. After five calls at three different numbers I finally got directed to the weekend agent who helped me-finally!

I was scheduled to return the car at 3:30 a.m. and it would have been helpful for the counter to inform me that the airport doors don’t open until 4:00. Therefore I was waiting outside for 30 minutes.

I didn't know "Budget" yet, so it took me some time in the airport while rechecking and reading my booking confirmation until I found the tiny budget logo on it. Otherwise I am very happy with this rental.
