Au début, le personnelle me dit que ma carte est une crédit / débit donc il ne voulait pas la prendre et exiger que je paie 14€ d'assurance par jour environ. Ensuite il accepte mais la carte ne passe pas en crédit, le personnel essaie en débit et la surprise ça passe mais le dis qu'ils n'accepte pas le débit du coup il m'effectue un remboursement et au final j'ai du payer 14€ environ par jour d'assurance. C'est dommage, quelque jours avant j'ai effectué une location chez LOCATION AUTO qui n'acceptait que les carte de crédit avec cette même carte qui a était refuser chez Wheego

The staff was enthusiastic and patient, explaining everything in detail. The attendant at the AVIS downtown store in Fes, Morocco, was very welcoming. I added full coverage insurance with zero deductible on the spot. Due to a misjudgment on the vehicle, they quickly replaced it with another car for us. This car had only 30,000 kilometers on it, looked very new on the outside, and the interior was clean and tidy. After six days of driving, this car was excellent value for money. The return location was near Terminal 2 of Casablanca Airport, and the staff quickly inspected and released my deposit that day. In fact, AVIS's deposit is not high at all; it might be because I've rented vehicles from this global company before, the deposit was only 2000 dirhams. Surprisingly, the car I initially rented in Morocco from EUROPE required a deposit of 16,800 dirhams. So choosing AVIS was absolutely the right decision. I will continue to rent cars from their company in the future.

The staff were warm and patient, explaining everything carefully. The receptionist at the AVIS office in downtown Fez, Morocco, was very welcoming. I added the full coverage insurance with no deductible on the spot. Due to a misunderstanding about the vehicle, they quickly replaced the car for us. The new car had only about 30,000 kilometers on it and looked very new; the interior was clean and tidy. After a six-day journey, I felt this car was excellent value. The return point at Casablanca Airport's T2 terminal was easy to find. The staff quickly inspected the car and released my deposit the same day. In fact, the deposit at AVIS was quite low—only 2000 Dirhams, likely because I had rented from this global company before. Surprisingly, the deposit for the car I initially rented from another company (EUROPE) was 16,800 Dirhams. Opting for AVIS was definitely the right choice. I will continue to choose their vehicles in the future.

Very recommended. If you are reading just straightaway make your booking. u will be treated by a local company yet with international standard of customer service experience. They are very friendly and attentive. The car is in excellent condition with complete documentation. Some police wanted to look at this. I really love the car and have had an amazing experince driving in Morocco.

We received great help from the desert tour driver who provided us with the contact details of the store clerk. He kindly waited an extra hour for us to pick up the car. When we arrived, the staff was exceptionally patient in helping us with the paperwork. Very touching experience.

Picked up the car at Fez airport and dropped off at Casablanca airport. Service was thorough without any forced sales, and staff were friendly. They carefully pointed out every small defect on the car. The car return process took less than five minutes, very satisfied.
