Extremely terrible! The worst of the worst! A reminder for anyone renting a car from this company: when picking up the car, make sure to record a full video covering the store, staff, and the dashboard showing the fuel level. When I picked up the car, the fuel level was clearly at 3/8, but the rental agreement stated 4/8. I thought it was just one bar and didn't argue, but when refueling upon return, the cost was almost as much as a full tank. That missing bar just couldn't be filled up, which made it feel like the rental company rigged something. Upon returning the car, they even showed me a random photo claiming the tank was full at pickup, which was laughable. After a lengthy argument, I ended up paying the price for not having taken photos and videos myself. Not recommended – unscrupulous company!

Super excellent service, perfect. No need to wait in line. From early December to mid-December, the location was at the Aircar office in Anfa, which was easy to find. The office is on the 14th floor of a building, with staff available for service every day until 6 p.m. Car pickup and drop-off are on the first floor next door in an open parking lot, which is very convenient in the busy city center. For drop-off: send a WhatsApp message in advance, although it's fine if you don't. No issues at all. Returned the car punctually as scheduled, and staff will be available even on weekends. A small car required a deposit of 14,000 dirhams.

Very efficient and quite good. The only dissatisfaction was that they closed 10 minutes earlier than scheduled, which I guess is just a Moroccan peculiarity.

Overall satisfied

The car had no air conditioning and the cigarette lighter was broken. Had no choice but to upgrade to a premium RENAULT, costing an additional 250 euros for 4 days.
