Originally scheduled for 12:00, but called the front desk at 10:00. Initially, the attitude wasn’t great and they told us to call back later. However, the front desk called us back after 15 minutes to arrange pickup. When we arrived at the rental office, the process was quick with no queues and no hard sell on insurance. The service was very friendly. We got the car early and our return time was extended by one hour.

The staff member's attitude was excellent. Although there were some minor communication difficulties, he was patient and tried his best to express himself. Since we upgraded to full insurance at the counter, the return process was extremely smooth. After the two staff members carefully inspected the car, the deposit was unfrozen on the same day. By the second day, the deposit had been successfully returned to my card. The car we received on-site was a Toyota Corolla Cross 1.8L, and it was almost brand new.

Better than I expected. Hungarians might seem a bit aloof and not very enthusiastic, but the process of picking up the car went smoothly overall. Got a Passat wagon, which fit 4 adults, 1 child, 4 suitcases, and some carry-on luggage comfortably.

This car rental experience was extremely disappointing, particularly due to Klass Wagen's hidden mandatory charges which were very unsatisfactory. I had already purchased full insurance in advance through the Zuzuche platform; however, when picking up the car at the counter, the staff explicitly informed me that they didn't have any historical damage records for the vehicle. They said if I didn't pay an additional 190 Euros to purchase their insurance, 'any damage—whether new or pre-existing but unrecorded—would be my responsibility, and up to 2600 Euros could be directly deducted from my credit card.' In this scenario, the so-called 'optional insurance' was practically meaningless and essentially a disguised mandatory fee. My first instinct was to cancel the booking and rent a car from another company, but upon further investigation I found that all other companies, including Hertz, AVIS, Enterprise, etc., showed no availability of cars on the same day—only Klass Wagen had vehicles available. This raised suspicion about whether they were intentionally manipulating car availability or even sharing information in some manner to create a 'no other option' scenario, thereby forcing users into accepting these additional insurance charges. Since I had already wasted time going back and forth between the airport and their office and it was already 7 PM (and I still had an hour-and-a-half drive to my destination), I had no choice but to reluctantly pay the 190 Euros to pick up the car. On a positive note, the Zuzuche platform’s customer service was very professional and responsive; they actively assisted throughout the process and ultimately helped refund the insurance I originally purchased on their platform, which I deeply appreciate. Nevertheless, I strongly urge Zuzuche to enhance supervision over Klass Wagen's hidden mandatory fee practices to safeguard users' legitimate rights. Additionally, I advise other renters that if you must choose Klass Wagen, ensure to confirm their insurance policies and vehicle conditions in advance, keep all evidence of car collection, and avoid falling into similar traps.

No tenia suficiente credito para poner de fianza disponible en la tarjeta ya que piden 2800€, el triple que normalmente. Y la chica nos hizo coger un seguro de su compañía que nos dijo que eran 98€. Para sorpresa, cuando nos cobra, no nos cobro el equivalente a 98€ en florines, sino que aplicó una conversion muy desfavorable porque quiso y sumo 43000 ft, lo que resulto en 106€. Una estafa que suelen hacer a todo el mundo vamos.

The overall service is fine, but there are hidden mandatory charges. If you don't consume them, you need to pay a deposit of several thousand euros. Additionally, the costs are not transparent. This time I even encountered a car breakdown on the highway, waited for 3 hours before a replacement vehicle arrived. The replacement car wasn't better and was actually worse, not even in the same class. The store insisted it was the same class, leaving you with no choice. Overall, the experience was very poor.

The overall process was quite smooth. When picking up the car, the staff gave me two options: either not buying any insurance from the store and freezing a €3000 deposit, or buying insurance for €275 and freezing a €150 deposit. Based on others' comments about being charged extra during returns, I decided to go with the second option despite the cost. Both pickup and drop-off were very smooth, with minimal inspections. However, this made the rental cost quite high, averaging over €500 per day.

I often rent cars in Budapest, and overall, the service here is not as good as Sixt. When picking up the car, they just hand you the keys and the pickup sheet, and even the registration document is given separately, making it easy to misplace. No one guides you to check the vehicle condition; you're left to compare it against the pickup sheet yourself. The car wasn't even cleaned properly, with a layer of dust on the surface. At pickup, they informed me that highway fees are not included, using the excuse 'That's why we offer low prices.' I can only say it's full of tricks...

When returning the car, no one inspected its condition. They just said to leave the keys. Later in the evening, I received a message claiming there were scratches and they would deduct 630 euros. When I got out of the car to grab my luggage, I didn’t see any scratches on the bumper. This issue is really hard to argue about. Besides, replacing a bumper shouldn’t cost 630 euros, and from the photo, it looks like it could be polished clean.

We got a brand-new hybrid car with only 77 kilometers on the odometer and drove it across Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia, and Austria using a Hong Kong driver’s license to complete the rental paperwork. We covered a total of 3,153 kilometers with an average fuel consumption of 4.8 liters per 100 kilometers. At the counter, €1,500 (€1,300 deposit + €200) was frozen on the card, and we paid €91 for the cross-border fee and Hungarian highway toll. The car return process was very straightforward; the staff checked the dashboard, inspected the car from all sides, opened all five doors for a quick check, and then had me sign off. Shortly after, I received the notification that the €1,300 deposit was released. The station wagon's trunk was very practical—it accommodated three 24-inch suitcases with room to close the lid, and for our trip, we packed two 24-inch suitcases, one 20-inch suitcase, and still had space for a backpack. The only downside was that the hybrid car had sluggish acceleration, lacked power for overtaking, and generated significant noise.

Small car rental companies are still unreliable. I was extremely careful while driving, with no accidents, yet they still found excuses to charge extra. When we arrived, we had to call them, and it took the staff 10 minutes to come from the airport. There was no formal process; they just took a quick look at the car and said it was fine. Later, because we didn’t wash the car, they claimed there were scratches after they washed it, but there were none at the time of return—I even have photos as evidence. It felt like they might have used chalk or something to fake the damage, giving off a bit of a scammy vibe. They also claimed some interior parts were missing, but I didn’t notice anything wrong, and no one mentioned it at the time of inspection. Overall, it felt like they were just making up lies to charge extra.

The service at the pickup location was very poor. I waited for half an hour without seeing any staff, and the same happened during drop-off—there were many employees slacking off. The counter service was efficient, but their full insurance cost is very high. Full insurance at Schiellar next door is about 25 euros per day, but here it costs 40 euros per day.

FMC is extremely unprofessional. 1. It took seven or eight days to provide the rental agreement after pickup. 2. During vehicle return, they did not arrive at the agreed-upon time. Once at the company, they processed other customers’ returns while ignoring ours, delaying us by over ten minutes. This caused us to arrive at the airport more than 30 minutes late, almost missing our flight! 3. They made various unreasonable claims during the return process, alleging new damages and scratches. When asked to compare with the rental contract and initial vehicle photos, they could not provide any proof. After we presented our own photos, they admitted their mistake. 4. The FMC office is approximately 10 kilometers from the airport. The shuttle ride takes about 15 minutes, not including waiting time.

The wait time was acceptable, but the staff's attitude was very cold and there was almost no service. It was far from the good experiences I've had with other companies in the past. No one inspected the car when we picked it up; they just told us the parking spot number and we had to find it ourselves. The parking garage required a card for entry and exit, but we weren't informed beforehand. We drove to the exit and couldn't get out, then asked someone else and had to return to the rental office to inquire about the card.

The company always recommends models different from what I booked. This isn't the first time. They attract customers with low prices and then upsell more expensive options. This company is very shady, more so than rental companies in other countries. Their attitude towards Chinese customers is quite unfavorable, and it feels like a scam.

They immediately said they were going to freeze 10,000 RMB as a security deposit. Alternatively, we could buy insurance that costs 50-100 euros per day. They also mentioned that if there were damages, we would have to pay a certain amount, which made us very nervous. We frequently rent cars elsewhere and no company has ever frozen such a large amount! When picking up the car, the staff were not very clear about existing damages. Because 10,000 RMB was frozen, we inspected the car very carefully on the spot. Some damages were not even noticed by the staff. In other words, if we didn't point them out on the spot, they might blame us for them when we return the car and charge us!

The car didn't have a full tank of gas when I picked it up. I took a photo as proof and filled it up before returning it, and took another photo. When I asked how they'd resolve this, they said I didn't mention it at the time, and the person who helped us wasn't there. I thought it was full-to-full, but it wasn’t. I ended up spending an extra 100 RMB on gas. It's not a big deal for a trip, but it does make me question your integrity!
