Allowed:

Taking rental cars to the countries that are not listed in Not allowed is allowed with charge of EUR 55 per rental.
Crossing the border and territorial limitations: any intention for international travel must be indicated when receiving the vehicle. The Lessee shall only be entitled to travel with the vehicle abroad with prior, written authorisation from the Lessor – issued prior to the conclusion of the Car Rental Agreement. The fee for international usage is gross 55 €/rental, applied maximum monthly (30 days).

If the Lessee travels with the vehicle abroad or to a prohibited country without prior written authorisation from the Lessor, the Lessee shall not be entitled to assistance services; furthermore, the Lessor may file a criminal complaint against the Driver for unauthorized use of the vehicle, have the vehicle listed as wanted, and charge and claim from the Lessee a one-time unauthorized use fee of 200 € (gross), in addition to the rental fee, the surcharge for travel abroad amounting to 55.00 €/ rental, and any incurred costs.

    The staff could communicate basically in English and their service attitude was excellent. However, the car model was supposed to seat 7 people but could actually only seat 5. It was similar in size to a 5-seater wagon, so if you have 7 people, it's better to rent a 9-seater.
