      The store is easy to find, but requires a long walk. When we arrived in Munich, it was already late at night. The store provided a car and parking spot, but we had to search for it ourselves. Unfortunately, the designated license plate wasn't at the given spot, forcing us to return to the store for assistance. The staff searched around but couldn't find the car either, so they had to provide us with another vehicle. The entire process took about an hour, which was quite frustrating. The T-Roc's trunk is quite spacious. You can lower the trunk floor by one level, easily accommodating one 28-inch suitcase, one 26-inch suitcase, and additional small items.

      Overall not bad, few people and the car was new. The customer service at the German airport was friendly. However, when I asked about buying the Austrian highway pass, they strongly recommended a €140 package that included insurance, claiming it would cover highway fees and that Austrian insurance was very expensive. But since I already had full coverage, they eventually left the decision to me, so I only purchased the €7 per day highway pass. Remember, they can sell you the highway pass directly, so there’s no need to go to a gas station; just ask them.

      We rented a Ford S-max minivan to go skiing to Austria. The car was all the time located in the secure car parking in front of the hotel. Unfortunately, either due to the cold or snow, the car window cracked. There was no sign of any external damage. When I returned the car, a member of staff told me that it should be no problem. When I got home, I saw a bill for 500 euro. I feel that I got ripped off for nothing(manufacturing defect). Good luck in resolving this issue as well, the expected response times are longer than 7 days.

      The email from Zuzuche clearly stated 'Original driver's license and any translation, which can be processed through the Zuzuche platform.' However, when picking up the car, they claimed the translation must be issued by the Zuzuche platform. As a result, we were charged an additional 162 euros for insurance for two cars. Zuzuche kept shifting the blame, insisting it was the car rental company's issue. After returning to China, I contacted Zuzuche again, only to be told that signing the documents at the pickup counter indicated agreement, leaving no room for appeal. I want to say that as a foreigner unfamiliar with the place, I had no choice but to sign. Refusing would mean no car, and finding another car last-minute would have been even more expensive. I've rented cars abroad many times, but I’ve never encountered such an unscrupulous scheme. It seems their tactic is to lure customers with low prices and charge high at the end.

I still don't know if there will be problems with the deposit refund. Strongly not recommended. At first, they even downgraded my car, and only after strong protests did they provide the correct model.

The car return process does not include on-site inspection; they only said they would send an email. 3.       I rented the car from Europcar at Munich Airport. Since the airport is small, I quickly got through customs, picked up my luggage, and went to get the car. However, the counter staff said I arrived early and the car wasn't ready yet. They asked if I wanted to pay extra for a larger car. I had to wait at the airport for a while before getting the car. They didn't ask if I wanted to add any extras and mentioned they would hold some money as a deposit. The entire receipt was in German, and they didn't explain it, just asked for my signature. After returning home, I realized they overcharged me 100 euros for renting a GPS. I contacted Zuzuche for help, and they patiently assisted me in communicating with Europcar. However, Europcar claimed my signature proved I was aware of the charge. Remember to check every item carefully. This was the first time I encountered such an dishonest car rental company.

      Very dissatisfied, both with the car rental company and the platform. Initially, I switched to a cheaper car for the last few days of my trip abroad, in case I needed some transportation. The location was not difficult to find, but the pickup suggestions provided by the platform were extremely unreasonable. The car was handed over to me right after the previous customer returned it, without any cleaning process. The car's condition was very poor, so I took multiple videos to avoid disputes. After driving 500 meters onto the highway, a tire pressure warning appeared. Upon returning home, I contacted the rental company, and they acknowledged it was a sensor issue. However, on German highways where speeds exceed 150 km/h, no one would risk their safety. The next day, I returned the car early and requested to terminate the contract. The rental company said they needed to consult their boss, and then things became ridiculous. When I contacted the platform, without understanding the situation, they blamed me for not signing certain documents with the rental company. Honestly, the money involved wasn’t a lot, and previous rentals provided good cars. But when issues arose, the platform's service was truly shocking. It’s been five days now with no updates. In the future, I'll rent directly from car rental companies.

      The car we were given was actually a Hertz car, not a Dollar one. Everything was fine, other than when we picked up the car, the guy at the rental counter in Munich specifically said it was a diesel car. Part through through our trip, we needed to fill up with fuel, nbut the diesel nozzle didn't fit the tank. The tank suggested it was petrol. We called Hertz to ask what to do, We were told that the records stated diesel and "good luck". we spent a lot of time trying to decode the VIN numkber, but that didn't help, we researched the make / model of the car (Ford Kuga) online but that din't help either. We were close to going to a Ford dealer to get their help but it was the weekend. So in the end we filled up with petrol and everythingwas fine. When we returned the car to Frankfurt, the person who greeted us told us it was a petrol car. Your records for this vehicle need to be cahnged, or at least not have your counter staff tell customers incorrect info. Other than that, the car was excellent

There was no personnel for vehicle handover, the vehicle provided wasn't the one reserved, and it had multiple noticeable scratches that weren't marked. The charge for excess mileage should be communicated and signed off in advance. There was no mileage check when returning the car either. The deposit has not been released two weeks after returning the car, and there are unclear charges. The responsibilities are not clearly defined, making the customer very dissatisfied. Why is the cross-border fee so expensive without a clear standard?

      Very busy when collecting the car. Made to sign paperwork before inspecting vehicle When I highlighted the condition with the man at car collection all the damage was put onto a duplicate sheet. He took a copy and I took a copy. When bringing the car back none of the damage had been passed on and they initially tried to say I had done it. Luckily I had checked the car and had all of my paperwork to hand. Alot of people will be caught out by this and I see it as a scam being run by the company. Very disappointed.

      Did not provide the reserved model. The provided vehicle was smaller in capacity than the reserved one. There were no other options, and we had to accept it. The car was not in good condition, even though it was fairly new. It started showing faults not long after we began driving. It was a diesel car, and we had to look for the manual to find out that the AdBlue was empty. Not sure who is responsible for this cost.
