HERTZ CAR RENTAL REVIEWS IN PHILIPPINES

My car had to be picked up at 4am , but they were closed, they open at 6am !!

The service was provided by a handsome guy, and the instructions were clear and satisfactory.

The staff was extremely helpful and nice, but they charged us a 190 Pesos cleaning fee (they wanted to charge 300, but since I had taken the vehicle to a car wash and objected, they reduced it to 190). Since they insisted to pay in cash and did not issue me any receipt, I doubt this fee is not legitimate. Moreover, it is not specified in the rental agreement

Really happy with the whole experience. The staff were super patient, and when the car’s battery had an issue they actually sent a dedicated person and vehicle to sort it out on the spot. Everything was resolved quickly and smoothly, so the overall experience was great. The local roads are in great condition too, and a small car is more than enough.

Very good

The car was in excellent condition, almost brandnew, clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Although they seemed not to be informed about our reservation the car was available within 30 minutes. Looks like a lack in Hertz's internal communication.

Everything was easy going.

The counter staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They picked me up from the airport and dropped me off as well.

Like: Price and car was great
Dislike: Collection was slow and not prepared

The car is in good condition.

Booking went well.

The interior of the vehicle needed to be a little bit cleaner but no complaints otherwise.

Price drop was worthwhile. Satisfied with Easyrentcars.com service

It's acceptable

Service was excellent. Ms. Pearl was super warm and helpful, she walked me through the whole rental process and all the important details. She also handled my return, and everything went really smoothly. Really appreciate her help!

We were upgraded for free which best suited us for the number of luggage we have. Thanks for the overall experience! Would definitely use them again!
