Great service. Note that in the Philippines, they do not accept pre-authorized payments for deposits, only cash. Don't be misled by QEEQ!

The overall service is quite good, considering the car rental is not cheap.

Pickup was slow, but the customer service was excellent. The receptionist carefully documented all the vehicle damages during pickup.

The staff was extremely helpful and nice, but they charged us a 190 Pesos cleaning fee (they wanted to charge 300, but since I had taken the vehicle to a car wash and objected, they reduced it to 190). Since they insisted to pay in cash and did not issue me any receipt, I doubt this fee is not legitimate. Moreover, it is not specified in the rental agreement

The overall service was great, and they even upgraded the car model. The vehicles are all quite new with low mileage. I'll choose this company again next time.

Our flight was delayed, but there was a guy at the exit waiting for us. When returning the car, I arrived early and had to wait 40 minutes because they weren't open yet, but they still came before my scheduled time. Overall, I was quite satisfied with the service.
