PHILIPPINES CAR RENTAL REVIEWS

If you don’t absolutely have to, I wouldn’t bother going all the way to the airport just to pick up the car — it’s much easier to go to a city branch you find on Google by searching Enterprise. Driving in the Philippines isn’t exactly easy, so I’m really glad I had full insurance. Huge thanks to the staff for preparing all the documents I needed so I could file my claim smoothly. Really appreciate your help, Ian!

Pickup was slow, but the customer service was excellent. The receptionist carefully documented all the vehicle damages during pickup.

Pretty good.

The staff was extremely helpful and nice, but they charged us a 190 Pesos cleaning fee (they wanted to charge 300, but since I had taken the vehicle to a car wash and objected, they reduced it to 190). Since they insisted to pay in cash and did not issue me any receipt, I doubt this fee is not legitimate. Moreover, it is not specified in the rental agreement

They even made us pay for the car wash ourselves, which really isn’t ideal.

The overall service was great, and they even upgraded the car model. The vehicles are all quite new with low mileage. I'll choose this company again next time.

Super satisfied – picking up and returning the car was really easy and convenient.

Really happy with the whole experience. The staff were super patient, and when the car’s battery had an issue they actually sent a dedicated person and vehicle to sort it out on the spot. Everything was resolved quickly and smoothly, so the overall experience was great. The local roads are in great condition too, and a small car is more than enough.

If you’re staying nearby they’ll even come pick you up, and the service is really good.

Definitely worth recommending.

Excellent experience overall.
