There weren’t many people there, and the staff really knew what they were doing, so I got my car quickly and without any hassle.

I booked a Polo but they upgraded me to a T-Roc (I think it’s called 探歌 in China). The car was really new and spotless, the paperwork only took a few minutes, and the staff were super friendly.

Overall, the service was quite satisfactory. They weren't particularly enthusiastic, but everything was well-organized, which is expected from a major rental company. The car was very new. They asked if I had already purchased insurance through the booking platform, and I confirmed that I had, including full coverage. The staff didn’t push further and simply asked me to sign the 'decline insurance' section on the Rental Agreement.

Super happy overall – had a really smooth, enjoyable rental experience.

Really happy with the whole experience. No hidden fees at all, and they explained all the important details clearly before I picked up the car. They just asked once about insurance—when I said I’d already bought it on the platform, they didn’t push anything else. The car was basically brand new, only 28 km on the clock when I got it, and highway tolls within Hungary were already included.
